A Day in Porto

9/24 – Porto, on the Rio Douro, is a beautiful, vibrant city with lots of blue tile murals depicting its history. Here are some pix from our day.

The iron bridge was designed by Gustave Eiffel, who also built the Eiffel Tower.

    1. Thanks Barbara – I didn’t intend this to be a daily journal, but I have to write stuff down so I can remember what happened. After this Caminho, I hope we can slow down and stay in one place for a while. Figurative hugs to you!
